The extra dollar buys 172 calories, 7 more grams of saturated fat and a calcium jump from 14% to 34% of the daily value, consistent with added cheese. Cook Out lists the Club as a style of the strip sandwich without a published topping list.

Who orders it, and how?

TikTok creators order it as a tray with BBQ sauce and no tomatoes or mayo. A Knoxville Tripadvisor reviewer titled a review "Chicken Strip Club....OMG!". WRAL's Tony Rice built the heaviest possible Cook Out tray in June 2024 around the strip sandwich: 2,639 calories with a doubled ranch wrap and a Cherry Cheesecake shake, and over 2,900 once chili, bacon and cheese sauce are added.

How does it compare with the grilled options?

It has more than twice the calories of the Cajun Style sandwich (377) and twice the sodium of the Cheddar Style chicken sandwich (1,245 mg). For a lighter order, the chicken sandwiches guide ranks the rest, and the strips guide covers the strips alone.

Who can handle the Strip Club?

A hungry diner with no sodium target. Split it, or drink water, and skip the fries.
